Standard orders are typically processed within 5 – 7 business days. Once you go to the checkout and input your shipping address, shipping prices will be calculated specifically for your location.

Every shipment has a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

FREE Shipping for all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. It will automatically adjust at checkout.

If you’re ordering from outside Canada, your order may be subject to import and customs duties and tax fees. SF Wellness does not have control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on current charges.

If you refuse to receive your order and/or do not pay the customs duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. In this case, SF Wellness will charge the customer for applicable shipping costs, import duties, and tax fees for the shipment’s return.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns for exchanges or refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange or refund, please get in touch with us with your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Please note that SF Wellness is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost or stolen packages. All sale/discounted items are final. Sale items and those purchased with a discount code are final sales & cannot be refunded or exchanged.
